What comes first?
Find the cause that will bring the effect you seek.
"The law of cause and Effect" - Don't gamble.

Value is not self imposed.
Not what you impose on yourself.

Only purpose determines priority.

Priority is not what you feel is important but what is neccessary for your journey.

DAY 2 TLC2024 Training Morning Session with  Henri Owona and Rev Jonathan.

Mr Henri could not make it on ground for the session because of his mission in Tchad within the time frame.
But he successfully delivered his session remotely.

Kickstarting with a quote of encouragement and patriotism

"You can't curse a ground and expect it to bear for you"

Digital revolution
Africa has always faced challenges to partake in revolutionary evolutions from industrial revolution through Agricultural revolution, ICT revolution in the early 90s through the 21st centuries by product of the ICT to Digital revolution.

Characteristics of the Digital Revolution include;

E- Commerce
Social Media - (media here refers to means)
Artificial Intelligence AI - Changing the way people behave or work.

Digital Marketing sales funnels and SEOs.

Sales funnels doesn't necessarily require your physical presence.

AI affects every industry.
Neither is it coming to replace Human efforts or jobs, but it's here to enhance our productivity.

It's important to brand and improve your skills because your competitor is not AI, but your competitor is also a fellow human who masters AI skills.

Robotics
Automating tasks and boost productivity

The Impact of Digital revolution in career.

It's very possible to be in different locations and have jobs abroad and work remotely.
That's one advantage of Digital revolution.

The Topic - “The Role of Mentorship on your Journey to stardom.”

A few life examples we all could relate with

And in this case

Every punch has a coach

You may find it difficult on your Journey because you don't have a right mentor.

Whether in the Bible or in the world

God will not hear you when you do not hear your coach

A coach is somebody who is willing (not forced) to guide you, to advice you, correct you until your star starts to shine.

Where ever you find yourself you'll need a coach and when you find one God has answered your Prayers.

You don't know the way, your vision will always be greater than you.

• “What it means to be star.”

What star is not and what a star is?

-> Being a star is to have a vision, discover yourself, who are you, know what is in you that the world needs…

But to be a star is not to imitate anybody, nor see your face on media as a public figure.

When you discover your purpose, you're on your way to stardom.

No star stops another from shining

If you know there's something in you write it down.

You don't beat poverty by chasing money.

You beat poverty by service

Believe in that thing you discover.

• “What can you do?”

Now that you have something, now that you've discovered your purpose, the Lord will always help you.

People who have vision don't die anyhow.

When you have a vision and something to do, no body can stop you

Be the kind of star that nobody can stop.

• “Know about mentorship”

A mentor is someone who's experienced and he knows something you don't know.

When you work with a mentor, you'll always pick fault.

It takes a lot of humility to work with a mentor.

The mentor is not perfect mostly in all aspects of his life.

If you're following something there must be something God wants you to learn from.

You must follow what you need and don't bypass that for what is not relevant.

Make up your mind, know what you are to be looking at.

If you really want to succeed in mentorship.
Be a right mentee.

If you don't find the right mentor then you don't know what you want already

Being a star, celebrity means your services has reached a level where you are being recognized by the world.

The work of a mentee is to work with the mentor and endure.

Stars don't pick offense. Stars express themselves

Stars cannot be used.

Service - > If you have something to give out and you're giving it out, don't say you're being used

The only way you want to become a rich person with a service, keep giving it for free.

If you keep giving out free that which you have until they become so attached to it they cannot do without it.

The target is not to become popular but it is to serve.

Let people admire your service.

All you need, you have it
