-> Learn to react less,
When you control your reaction nobody can manipulate you

-> Trust the process
You can't be disappointed with the outcome when you try your best

-> Learn your craft
What you do in training is what you do in the race

-> People reflect your behavior back to you.
The more you help others, the more others want to help you

-> Help those that can make you grow.
Help others expecting nothing in return, channel your help where necessary and you will be surprised when that help is mirrored back to you from a place of value.
